Agriculturist right in Himachal Pradesh

If a person is agriculturist in H.P.,then are the children of his daughter having a right to purchase an agricultural land in H.P.?

Your statement is incomplete. You have not mentioned about domicile of children's father.

Even the daugther may be entitled to hold property, it is NOT necessary that the son-in-lay may also be entitled.

The right of children may depend upon their domicile which in turn may be determined on the basis of domicile of their father.
