Hi all,
I wanted to know about the property distribution law among the children of first wife and second wife in HINDU family.
Here is the case---mr xyz married twice in his life time
From 1st marriage --2 daughters
After her death he married second
From 2nd marriage -4 daughter and 1 son
I am from1st marrige (daughter )

If your father dies intestate ,then all the children of 1st wife and 2nd wife with second wife have one share in your fathers property.
