You must have to initiate legal proceeding against your uncle and aunty to get back your property and also damages.You can also initiate legal recourse to compell the police to take action against the wrong doers i.e.uncle and aunty.Contact with details for any other assistance/guidence.

you can take both civil and criminal recourse.

in civil file injunction and possession suit alongwith damages.

in criminal file complaint under crpc and ipc for disputed property and wrongfull loss etc.

also make complaints to commissioner for inaction of police

you can certainly file a suit for possession and you can also pray the court that the flat be not transferred to any third party till the time the suit for possession is not disposed off. i think you should act is hurry as they may create a third party interest. you may also contact me at 9811284735, delhi.
