Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I would like to know is it allowed for the chairman and secretary and other office bearers to be in managing committee even if they have more then 2 kids. The society is registered under maharashtra co-op housing societies act.

there is no such bar that having more than 2 kids disentitles you to be an office bearer.
