how can ancestral proerty would be given by gift deed to only one son. when doner had three sons,how it is legal in indian hindu law.

ancestral property cannot be given away by gift deed to one of the legal heir unless the same is partitioned and the shares divided and then the share can be gifted to one son. in ancestral property, all the three sons are co sharers.

It may not be ancestral property as the meaning and definition of ancestral property has been changed by Supreme Court. You have to tell me ,how do you this property ancestral ?
