Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
If there is an ancestral property, one of the co-owners need to build a house on the property. Do he need registered permission of other co-owners? or it is sufficient to have the permission on a 100 Rs bond paper signed by the other co-owners but not registered?

NOC for the submission of building plans only needed - nothing else is needed. No registration is needed.
