I am having an ancestral property on my name ...i have given power of attorney to may father . when i was minor in 1993 my uncle with my father's embessy attested power of attorney sold the property.that time i dont know the thing that i happening recently i came to know when i saw the register document that i sold the property has a minor .... now my age 34 can i claim or check that it is illegal registration has i was minor that time...or limitation act applies for it...ple give advise ...thanking u manoj
