Ansister Property
My grandfathers property was not distributed among there two sons , but 3 pass books got prepared on names of his 2 sons and grandmother. Now is it possible to repartion the propery if so do we i mean grandsons have any authority on the property. Is it possible for by dad and uncle to sell the property without our notice (grandsons)

if the property was illegally partitioned then u can claim it now

Grand sons do not have any right on the property of grandfather if the same was his self earned property.Grand sons have right through their respective father only.
