Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
we had a appartment whihc was in my mothers name, my mother passed away 15uear back. I am working abrroad for the past 18years. Now all of a sudden i find the appartment transfered to my married sisters name. She says that she was kept as a nomiee by my mother. But my father and myself have no idea about it.The share certificate of the soceity is also transfered in here name.
Please advice is this possible
