How to apply for legal hire changes

Hi

My Father passed 4 years back and I took legal hire certificate. In that my father--name removed--mother and father--name removed--name is mentioned. They are alive. Is there any optional to reply and remove their name from the legal heir certificate. Please help me out because it give many issues while going to name change.

As you told to contact the issuing authority. The issuing person only told that want to add and he added it. Some of them are telling you can apply through the court. Can know that procedure

You may consider filing a suit seeking a declaration about all the legal heirs of the deceased.
