arbitration appointment
Is only high court can appoint an arbitrator ? plz advice who have the authority to do the same?

Yes HC has got the authority or we can also appoint a arbitrator provided it is mentioned in the documents/contracts/agreements in which we have entered

Yes.Only HC can appoint an arbritator.

Yes and beside Chief justice, it is District judge who can also appoint arbitrator.
