Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
arbitration award passed by arbitrator in mumbai,for filling of execution petition andhara pradesh couts transfer of award(Decree) copy is necessary. sec.42 of c.p.c must follow or not. if not filling of transfer of that award , execution numbered or not.

Award is not required to be transferred, you can straight away initiate execution proceedings, if appeal is not filed against award, within 90 + 30 days; from the date of publication of Award.
