Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My name Ashish and my marriage was held on 08-march-2011 as per hindu marriage act( it is an arranged marriage)
till date i dont have a sexual relation ship with my wife.
She is incapable of performing sexuall relationship with me.
I have gone under a treatment of phycatrist and sexologist also
but didn't get any type of positive response from my wife.
So i want divorce. please guide me under which section i can fille
a suit. as i reside in ghaziabad. also suggest where to file the suit
in delhi or ghaziabad.

you can file the petition where the marriage was solemnized or where you both stayed as husband and wife.
