Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in
I have assets with my wife joint title. I paid the down payments and took huge loans and had been paying the emi. Now my income is very less and want to clear the loans from selling the properties. My wife is neither giving the money nor consent to sell the properties and pay the laibilities. Please let me know how I can clear my liabilities and how to obtain court's order to dispose off the assets to clear the liabilites. She is pressurising me to sucide. she cannot stop you from selling the half portion of the assets as she is the co owner in the property. however, you may have to make her understand your inability to pay the loan etc.
