Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Ayubullah Khan
My paternal uncle who does not have any title, is trying to sell the ancestral property, title of which stands in the name of my deceased grand father. I have filed an objection petition with the Sub Registration Office Nizamabad. Kindly suggest me how and where to approach to stop the registration? Can the District Collector or Registration officers order stoppage of registration.
