Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
We belong to agamudayar caste which is classified as obc. But while filling admission for my children I had written as Mudaliar caste. This mudaliar caste does not come under reservation in education. We have proof that we belong to agamudayar caste. Since, my son is expecting SSLC results from Karnataka, he has to purusue education under general category. Now, is it possible to change the caste, since all the records in educational institutions and boards are mentioned as Mudaliar.
