We Belongs to Hindu Brahmin Family from BIhar , My Grand Father has Four Brother, they all ware fully depend on My Grand Father, he was KARTA (Master) of this Family, Two Brother of my Grandfather has not Boy, One Brother of my Grand Father was T.B patient, he was served by my Grand Father,but his wife was also abusing to my Grandfather because he was mediator of his marriage, she always passed comment that her husband is T.B patient and about this diseases no body tell her, she got cheated by My Grand Father .and she always ignored to her Husband, and maximum time she spent to her father home, My Grand Father Brother expressed his desired to execute WILL in Favor of his brother, and he called some villagers and expressed about his will . they had prepared will as per his direction and he signed on (1945(.in front of his Father (My Grandfather' s father) and he died on 1946).
long time latter My Grand Father daughter son logged a partition case on 1986 , what we should do now
we had not probate will before , but Will was produced as a evidence Document . in 1986 case no .
Recently we admitted will for probate ,. what we should do now
