Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my birth was not registered when i was born in mumbai. i was born in august 1969, how to file case in court for getting it, i have all other documents ( school leaving, pan card, passport graduation cert etc)

the birth cannot be registered retrospectively now and your other certificates will hold good now.
