what legal problems would arise if a blank paper was signed and given to a family member.
is the document valid in a court of law? how can be we contest the contents if written by someone else.

What is the detail of the matter?
A blank paper signed can be mis-used at any degree. To contest on the following grounds its tough without evidence. Either you have to prove duress or influence on which a person signed the blank paper.
