Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I have booked 1BHK flat at Talegaon,Distt PUNE, Maharashtra. on November 2011. in the name of me & my wife. Accordingly an agreement between builder & us has been registered. Unfortunately my wife expired in Feb. 2012. A home loan is sanctioned by HDFC .to us.
Now I have to delete my wife's name from registered agreement. Please advice the procedure & documents for this procedure.
