i have booked plot pre lunch in gaziabad 3 years ago builders didnt lounch yet when i surrender plot builder given my post dated cheque for next six month now cheque got bounce we r around 10 people in same condition how can i get justice and how soon he is giving money btafter cheque bounce he is taking around 8 more month

you all can join hands and file a complaint before the consumer forum and also file a criminal complaint u/s 138 of negotiable instruments for bouncing of cheques and sec. 420 of indian penal code against the builder. it is advisable to contact the lawyer right away so you all get your money faster.
