Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I am born and raised in Christian family. I am in love with Hindu community girl.
Now both are working in different places, both are of 24 years old.
Girls family is not ready for wedding so We have decided to get marry under special marriage act.
So I need a legal advice on this regard. I need to know the procedures how to marry and what are the constraints.

you may approach the registrar office, fill the form there and file necessary documents. if you are not able to do it yourself, retain a lawyer for this purpose.
