Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I have bought a builder flat under construction and is in joint with my father.We will be taking the possesion of the flat soon.I have taken the loan from the bank and rest of the money is given by my father.The registry will be done soon.
Q.If my father agress then can be registry done only on my name , (i m a married girl)???

yes, in case your father agrees, the registry can be done on your name.
