Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I bought a product from a website dealing in C2C business. I directly purchased a TVS printer from an individual and he promised me that it works perfectly but when I run the same on home, the printer was not working as promised. Then I called him on mobile and he assured that he will take it back next day. But now he is not picking my phone. Kindly advice what to do?
