Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Myself and my brother have equal right in our family temple in Palakkad, Kerala. He demolished it without informing me. How to get a stay order for further construction. To whom I have to approach. My workplace is Hyderabad, where I stay with my family. Please help me.
