Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my brother did his MBBS by applieng false income certificate 18 years.my father was a retired government official at that time.the thahasildar gave certificate by taking little money.Now my yelder brother is blackmailing him saying that he will give complain about it and take his degrre off.
My question how he complain against him after so many years and what may its consequence.My brother is deeply worried about it and he is worried what to do next.will you please help us what to do next.

He should stay cool. at this stage, the income certificate may not matter.
