Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My brother purchased piece of land in one survey number, was about 24 acers i.e. 8 anna hissa in maharastra. He sales 7 anna 3 paise hissa to wind mill developing co. for construction of power station for the wind mill project. Now the company constructed power station on total 8 anna hissa, saying that they purchased the whole 8 anna hissa & also said that it is printing mistake which shows 7 anna 3 paise instead of 8 anna. What is the fast remedy?

the wind mill company cannot take the plea of printing mistake. you may approach the court for restraint orders and possession.
