Dear Sir / Madam,

If the Development Agreement specifies that a certain number of car parking spaces to be reserved for the landlord, it is a permissible requirement that the builder has to fulfill.

Builder cannot allot any parking space to any body. If Landlord has reserved parking space, as a condition in his sale then he shall have it.
