Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i buy a machine Rs 20 lakh from delhi. that time that manufactur did not say its china export machine. after delivery i know its chinease machinary. i told to that company about it. but they say that are resonsible for its warrenty. but stll these machinary have major problem its main part still damaged its cost nearly 2.40 lakh according to these company. i try from another company too.but they dont have same demension parts. still these all under warrenty. still my production still stop from 15 days already .i know that company froud 420 with me . please help me regarding its

you may file a petition before the consumer court and in case you are not a consumer, you may file a civil suit for recovery and damages.
