cancellation of gift deed

sir, i had lent certain sum of money and also obtained injunction order under ORDER 38 RULE 1 & 2 restraining the defendants from alienation of petition schedule property. Subsequent to the date of filing of the suit, the property is transferred in the form of gift settlement deed onto the name of her younger son without any consideration. Under what section and which act or ORDER or application can be made to the court towards cancellation of such gift deed?

Re: cancellation of gift deed

The matter is pending in court. You have already obtained an order of interim injunction. The alienation mentioned by you will not affect your rights. In a pending case, the conducting Advocate is the best person to devise his plans. You may better leave on your counsel to proceed with the matter in his best wisdom.
