Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
A case is filed on the ground of cheating i.e.section 420, and later the case is dismissed by the two parties,and the opposition party submits an affidavit for taking the complain back and they don't like to go for any further procedures against the accused and they go for mutual. I want to know since the accused is not proved guilty and the case is finished there only, will the accused have any future problems for getting foreign visa and all for just having a previous case in his name??
