Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
In my case High Court has given direction to Civil Court to decide the case on merit within one year of recieving the certified copy of the same.
It has been 12.5 months after recieving the certified copy and case is still in progress (pending) in Civil court.
Can the proceedings of Contempt of Court can be done against Civil Court?
