Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

CASE LAWS links

Dear sirs

I am on a ship and want to read up and arm myself. So can u give me some links for

1. judgments pertaining to cases where one party conducts election without admitting admitting members for two years even though the monies were collected, membership card issued. Their reason for not admitting even though money collected and membership given is bcos the byelaw says that executive committee's approval is required. So pls give me links where I can read the judgements on a similar issue where election cannot be conducted if there is membership dispute in a registered society.

2. In the same manner, case laws n judgements for courts to appoint receiver or advocate commissioner with regard to a registered society.

3. Any judgements where the majority has suspended the minority so that the minority cant contest the election in a registered society.

4. what category does 'registrar of soceities act' fall under in law guru website?

Will be highly obliged to get as many links for the above to read and improve my knowledge.

Re: CASE LAWS links

in case the dispute arose members inter se the aggrieved members may approach the court for seeking a stay on elections and in case the managing committee is already constituted, declaring the same invalid. while the case is filed, a received may be appointed by moving an application and eve the registrar of societies would be impleaded as a party to the suit.
