i change my name after graduation could it be a problem in future to get a job in any kind of concern?

No there wont be any problem it is usual.
What you need to do is enter your new name in every documents like passport, certificates etc.

Name change is something very usual. You may need to write your old name also by using alias. You may also consider getting change of your name entered in all your records like Certificates, Passport etc.
