Re: Name change
you are required to go to a lawyer and he will prepare a notice for the newspaper for the name change and then the newspaper will publish it and then you can say that your name has been changed.
the notice of lawyer is important for such publication.
For further and detailed advice please consult me personally with documents. Consultation charges will apply.
Re: Name change
have you decided the name! consult a lawyer and issue a paper publication and and apply for gazette publication. gazette publication is necessary for name change. No change in the name is valid without official gazette publication.
