Name Change

Hello sir,

I am basically a Muslim and would like to change my name as i have been following the hindism from past 10-12 years and Daily doing prayer.My Mother is a hindu,so i decided to change my name.Could you pelase guide in knowing the process,cost and the time required fro all this process.Please kindly help me out

for only change in name an affidavit an dpaper publication is sufficient

it depends on what is the need to change the name

anyway..... it will not take much time but it will ask some money to be spent

u may be required to spend about rs. 5-10000.

a publication in newpaper has to be given for change of name.

You have to get completed the formalities relating to conversion to hindu religion and also for name change.You have to furnish an affidavit for name change and to give public notice for change of name.consult a local lawyer.

give paper publication and gazattee notification and get it done right away!

of all FIRST choose the name!
