cheating

my grandfather took 25000, now when i asked that money, he is asking me proof. but i do not have proof. so what to do

Forget the ammount.In court you must have to give proof for lending of Rs.2500/- to your grand father.

proof is essential- if you have given it by way of cheque or other way except hot cash you can persuade him .. even that is half way done.. you have to prove that you had given it as a loan! ... more over it is given to a close relative... documentary evidence is must.

what u can do if relations like this cheat you.

its very difficult to prove this without any document but if u gave cheque or any other instrument then it can be proved.

further if he deposited that amount in his bank and you withdrew that amount eventhen something can be done but if u are not having even a bit of record then forget ur amount
