Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I want to know what can be done if cheque bounces, and the cheque has been expired.
As, I had verbal communication with the accused, and he promised me to give me money. But, its been around 1 year. The amount is 75,000 Rs.
What can I do here?
Thanks
