I am given cash to Estete agent as a token mony & Stamp duty Regestration he use the mony & given me a chque but the cque is return resone is close the bank A/c what can i do

Hello.

GOOD EVENING!

You may deposit the Bank Cheque one more time. When it gets dishonoured you may serve the person with a legal notice with the help of lawyer.

After that you may initiate proceedings u/s. 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

You may consider filing a CRIMINAL COMPLAINT against him under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act after serving upon him a notice of demand.

You may also consider filing a civil suit for recovery simultaneously in addition to the criminal complaint.
