Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Civil Court has granted status quo to a party without hearing us.The other party has pushed in fabricated documents to create a case and prayed for both temporary and permanent injunction on our building which we were about to demolish.Due to the status quo work of development is standstill.I want the best advice to vacate the status quo at the earliest.
thanks
