Whether civil court has a right to entertain the co-operative matters?

There may not be a straight answer to your question. The jurisdiction of civil court under Section 9 of C. P. C. may depend upon several factors. Mere mentioning of "cooperative matters" may not be sufficient.
However, if your problem provides a remedial forum before the authorities under the Cooperative Socities Act, you may better consider availing that remedy.
