Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Civil

I am one of 31 dfdts in a suit where my mother is d/no.1, my brother is d/2 and myself is d/3. All other defdts are my relations. My mother, brother and myselft are contesting the suit together. Now i want to contest the suit personally without any lawyer. But my mother and brother will contest the same with their lawyer. I like to appear before the court in person. Is it lawful to contest a suit in person when i was contesting the same with the help of a lawyer? Is it lawful to disassociate myself from the vakalatnama? Will i be ever get permission to appoint any lawyer in future if i require at a later stage? P.H. Has not yet started in the said suit

Re: Civil

Yes,you can take permission from court to contest the suit in personal capacity but prior to that you must have to take no objection from your lawyer and also to withdraw Vakalatnama after paying his all dues.
