Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Civil Dispute
I have given full payment to a land owner without having any proof of it, now he is neither interested to refund money nor transfer of property. Kindly advice, my further course action.

you have to move very differntly... mmmmmm ...... file a complaint and before that send him a notice by a lawyer

You sent him legal notice and then accordingly proceed with the matter.

Contact a local lawyer and serve with him a legal notice mentioning the facts and furnish the records of evidence viz. cheque payment etc and then further file a suit of recovery in small cause courts.
