regarding civil dispute - land issue
whether a land donated by the way of gift deed by the father in law to his daughter in law can be further given to his son as part of settlement deed and is it legally tenable? ( with relevant case law)

Once a gift is complete, it may not be revoked.

once a land is gifted and gift is accepted then father in law has no right to deal with it further
