My father is doing business in a rented shop over 80 years. my grandfather brought from shop from the landlord without any electricity .we construct building & electricity is in our name.before twenty years landlord filed case against us in the district court No 1,we won the case but landlord appeal for the No 2 court & he won the case.Now we appeal case in high court. is there any possibilities for winning the case?
