Civil Law: Remedy for delay in justice lingering beyond one's lifetime!
My father had filed suit for partition way back in 1988.Defendents appealed in !st Appeal in 1993 judgement delivered remanding the suit to lower court in 1999.They went for Misc. Appeal challenging order of remand snd it is pending at High Court.Defendents are in enjoyment and possession of most of suit properties.My father died in 2001.It is still pending,what I should do immediately for my /father's right on such property and for expedious disposal of case.Where there shall be faith on judiciary?Please advise.How can I file for Mesne profits with arrears they are enjoying as judgement debtors from the date of trial court judgement i.e 1993.Pl.advise
