sir, i have 30 cents land at kerala state. but it has no boundary. now a days i know that my neighbor partitioned their property by court order. they have only 15 cents land . but the advocate commissioner write this word'' the item no.1 property now available 15.51 cents '' then he seperated 3 plots 4.32,4.98 and 6.21. respectevely. they measured some of my property. how can i solve my problem without court proceedings. Is there any remedy by way of executive authority? the village officer allowes to pay its land tax. pls send its solution

You may approach the local revenue authorities for demarcation of your area and get your land boundaries fixed / earmarked by Patwari.
