Right to claim of Horading Business in the Society Premises
I am a builder of a society where the conveyance in my name and there is a hoarding in the building premises which the society gets rent on that. My question will the builder get the right to receive the rent for the hoarding or the society will get. Please advise.

you are saying that conveyance deed is in your name...... if its so then you should have right on everything but it seems that there is something more to it.
the rights should be with the society normally so you need to show documents for better advice.
