Claim is partition suit

I am plantiff in the suit filed on 02/2004 against my father for partition of my ancesstral property , which are now on the name of my father and partly sold to third parties in 2002 with out my knowledge . My mother got court decree on 03/1992 of charge for maintenance over the suit schedule properties. I claimed for half share as i am only legal son,I made defendants as my father, third parties and my mother.and third parties land exceeds the half share of suit schedule properties. so my question is that-----

1. whether the third party sale deeds will be cancelled are not, as charge exists on those properties?

2.If at all sale deeds are not cancelled then whether those sale deed properties are kept in the half of the share of my father are not?

3. After this partition, whether the charge exists over the half of the share of my father are not?

1.You shall be required to file a seperate suit for declaration for getting the sale deed declared as null and void.

2.Sale deed may be cancelled.

3.The charges shall exist on the share of your father's share.
