claim on unregistered family deed
If the family members enters into family deed (unregistered) & now members diagree to same, what are chances to prove deed legal

if the deed is a memorandum of what u have decided between u and the subject matter is such in which u have pre existing right i.e. interest by birth than it need not be registered. such deed can be proved like any other document
